Default What are the best springs?

I have 05 Civic Lx Wonder what are the best springs to with i have been looking at Tein HT, Eibach, or H+R?

eibach, and i'm not biased.

eibach or hypercoil. everyone else either makes crappy springs, or gets eibach or hypercoil to make their springs and they just rebadge it as something else.

though, i'm not sure about progress? do they make their own springs?

Negative. And neither Hypercoil or Eibach makes them.

The best springs are the ones you don't pay for.

Any of the name brands are probably fine for street, autocross and track days. Spend as little as possible for a name brand.
