Default What is the difference between NGK ZFR5F-11 and ZFR6F-11 spark plugs?

i recently changed the spark plugs on my 93 accord ex and have to do it soon on my 95 integra rs. on the NGK website, they both call for the ZFR5F-11 but at the dealership, the parts guy gave me the ZFR6F-11 and said thats what his computer calls for. anyone know whats the difference? is it something major?

Heat Range the ZFR5F-11 is Heat Range 5 and he ZFR6F-11 is Heat Range 6 so by NGK standards the ZFR6F-11 is a Colder Plug then the ZFR5F-11

Heat range...how hot your plug runs. The lower the number the hotter the plug. All Motor you generally want to run a Hotter plug. for a Stock Honda engine you would want to run the 6. For Nitrous Apps you want to run a colder plug. Im running 7s in my Integra but i also have a bottle.

in my manual it says 5 for regular driving and 6 for hot climate or continuous high speed driving, and I looked in the book at canadian tire and it said 5 so I just bought 5 and am gonna install them soon
