i have a 93 del sol si and want to no if d16z6 vtec comes stock?

vtec model came with b16a

 

but from wut i understood their werent vecs avialible in 93 and my d16z6is vtec im pretty sure

 

Yah, my step brother has the 93 si
he bought it for a few grand, but he later regreted it
its the SOHC motor and no ABS
but as for VTEC, he claims it does, but im not 100% sure

 

yea the 93 del sols came with the d16z6, it is vtec, its also in the 92-95 civic hb si, and the 92-95 civic coupe ex. there strong motors good for boost. Imma fully build mine and boost that ****. i know the del sol also come with b16 over here in the states but i dunno wat year they started taht here in the US.

 

there wasnt vtec availible in 93. As in a vtec model.

So yes there was no vtec model in 93. That doesnt mean there was no del sol with a vtec engine in 93.
