the first thing I would do is fix the codes:

4 CKP - crank position sensor

6 ECT - water temperature sensor

check the TPS it might be bad and the map sensor too.

nope, the tps's are the same..but may not be working..or might need an adjustment. recheck the wiring..and again..make sure your grounds are good..make sure you recheck the one from the ecu to the thermostat housing.

Had that problem when i swapped in a ZC, i had a "brand new" dizzy, but wouldn't rev past 3400. learned a lesson that day a "brand new" dizzy isnt "brand new" unless you buy it from a dealer, dizzys from kragen are NOT brand new and ALWAYS have problems. so i went to a junk yard and picked up a stock dizzy (make sure to ask them if its the orginal dizzy) put it in my car and it worked fine.

i had the same problem. i built a b18 motor and the thermostat housing was a little messed up. the ground wire that goes there sucked so i relocated the wire to a different place and the car reved great. it is important to check all your ground wires, make sure you disconnect the batery.
