I bought my 92 EJ1 civic off some Russians and i have been trying to find out why my gas mileage sucks sooo bad and i have a CEL so i checked the codes and it was a MAP sensor code 3 so i just buy the new map sensor online.. it just soo happens that when i goto swap the sensors out. i dont even have a flippen sensor, nor the mount (firewall), nor the wiring, AT ALL. Any suggestions? I was told just to buy the new wiring harness but i am tight on cash and cant really afford it right now.

 

Well get your ECU diagram and have fun my friend. That sounds like the time we had to run a wire from my P28 for my H22 for the knock sensor. Its not the hardest thing to do, but what a pain in the ***!

 

yea just buy a chiltons or whatever book and just wire it yourself. your wiring harness has those wires, no sence in buying a new harness.... unless your lazy and rich
