Default High output fan for supercharger

OK... here is my idea...i did some caluclations and found that my car will pull about 124 CFM at 5400 rpms...way higher than i normaly go... So.. if i find a small fan that blows...say..240cfm (ebay) and put that in conjuction with my intake and turn it on at low rpms, will that give me a small boost in power???

Do you think it is worth it? it should only cost about 20 bucks or so, so forget the money issue.

thanks

My guess is that you may gain 1 or 2 horsepower in the 1000-2500 rpm range, but it will become a restriction in the higher rpms and kill your top end power.

I tried that with an electric leaf blower when I was 16. I ended up with a smashed windshield when the hood flew up at 20MPH....
