Car overheating...need help!!

Car overheating...need help!!
I have a 96 honda civic ex... Problem is when i drive the car for about 20 min. the car starts overheating and oil starts coming out of the valve cover gasket..also the top rad. hose pops out with the clamp and coolant brusts everywhere...idunno what the hell is wrong, plz help..
