Default Problem with map sensor on b16

Here is the thing I purchased a jdm B16 and swapped it into my 94 civic cx. Harness is done correct and so is the swap. The motor starts but I got the check engine light on throwing codes 5(map sensor defect), 7(TPS defect), 3(map sensor defect). Now i checked to see if the sensors are bad and then noticed that the throttle body does not have a map sensor. By the way the TPS is fine. The car starts and drives but after a couple of minutes driving it the car will choke and it seems as if though the car is going to shut off. It will shut off sometimes and then it won't start until I let the car sit for a couple of minutes to cool down. I need to know if its because there is no map sensor connected and how do I adapt a map sensor to this motor if the throttle body doesn't have a spot for it? Please help me I'm a newbie to this site. Thanx

I dont have a map sensor plugged in right now. There is no spot to place it on the throttle body. I did switch the plugs though, the car then starts to stutter and when i accelerate it it revs up and turns off. How do you plug in a map sensor without having a place to put it on the throttle body and from what vehicle can i use the map sensor from?
