put it in 5th, get someone to put their foot on the brakes. then either use a huge breaker bar or an impact gun to get the 19mm (i think) while your buddy is pressing the brakes. i couldn't get it with a breaker bar but the impact gun got it when i pressed it on and off fast to crack it. good luck.

If you can't get the bolt to budge, take it to a local garage and have them use a big impact on it. Then have them re-torque it to around 120 lb/ft so when you get it back home it won't be hard at all to take off. Sometimes, with alot of age on an engine, the crank pulley bolt can take up to 500 lb/ft to get off, yikes.

you can also jam a long screwdriver up in the flywheel and use a breaker bar with a pipe around that bar and just give it hell

i broke 3 extentions and 2 sockets trying to get that off. i ended up getting a 480ftlb impact gun with a 8 gallon Honda gas powered air compressor to get it off.

good luck

5th gear with foot on brakes with a 4' cheater pipe on the wrench did not get this ****** off for me, the car actually starter to MOVE. friend's 500-600lb impact didn't budge it either. i went to a mech, he wanted at least $25 cause he said it would have to go on a lift lol BS! another mech i went to didn't even wanna loosen it for me, his reasoning: "if i loosen it and torque it to 130lb again (by spec) it's gonna seize by the time u get home, and i can't hand tighten it for u either because it's illegal to let u drive off with a car that's not assembled properly" BS!!!
so i took it to another mech and for $10 he took it off with his impact in like <10secs without using a lift lol. so guess which mech i went to when i had seized rear LCA bolts...u got it.
