Default Need GSR wiring harness ASAP

If anyone has a wiring harness for a 96 GSR laying around, please let me know. I will pay good money for you to overnight it to me. I thought I had my problem fixed with my 50a ignition fuse blowing, but while loading the car up tonight, it blew again. I put another in, and it blew immediately. I cannot seem to find the problem, and dont know wiring good enough to try and track the problem. I just hope I can get it fixed before this weekend.

I would also appriciate ALL ideas of what the problem could be, even if it sounds simple and petty. I've checked everything I could, and found no broken wires.

Here is a shot of the fuse that is blowing... It is the #39 fuse. Im not too good at reading schematics, I guess I should learn some more. Would a bad ignition switch cause the fuse to blow?

What did you change before the fuse started blowing. Start there.

Sounds like a short circuit between the ignition switch (starter?) and the battery.

It appears to be a short somewhere between the fuse and the ignition switch.

Havn't changed anything. The first time it blew was on the last lap of a 2 hour enduro, so I'm guessing something went bad. Not sure what, too many posibilities. I guess I'll change the ignition switch first.

Update -

I found the general area of the problem. When the clutch is engaged, sparks shoot from behind the under-dash fuse box. Every time I push the clutch in, it blows the 50a ignition fuse under the hood. I guess I'll be pulling the dash off. What electrical components are associated with the clutch pedal?

The starter cut switch(only sends power to starter when you push the clutch all the way down) and cruise control switch.

There is a clutch position switch, you can start by bridging the curcuit. After that you have to follow the chain of possible problems.

Got it fixed finally. A bolt had come out of the clutch mount, and the mount was tearing into the ignition harness when the pedal was pressed. Sounds simple, but this one was a PITA

glad you found the problem, was everything ok once you got the bolt tightened down? If you need anything let me know and I can bring it to the track.
