Alright.. so the other day my power window on the passenger side decides to go out. did a couple diagnostic stuff and put in a new fuse. It worked. However, the fuse blows everytime the car is turned on again. so, basically i have to put in a new fuse everytime I drive it if i want my window to work. Anyone have a problem like this or any ideas? thanks in advance

its obviously a short somewhere from the fuse box to the motor, check for continuity between the power motor wires and any grounding point of the car.

 

The wires break at the door hinge area, you should get into the harness and check it out, I would disconnect the door harness from inside the kick panel area, pull it out of the car pillar and do a good inspection, if you dont want to go that deep yet then unplug the door harness from the inside of the car and just let it hang, if the fuse doesnt blow then the short is in the door or in the door harness where it comes intot he car at the pillar and hinge area.
