Well now. My 94 LS got broken into last week. Morons didn't know what they were doing and now I have a broken handle, busted lock, need a new door and window on the passenger side. Fun part is, my insurance doesn't cover vandalism, and no junk yard in a 100 mile radius has a passenger side door or window, so if someone knows where I can find one for cheap, please please let me know. Here's some pics for you to be sad with me...

 

That sucks. Just be glad they didn't steal the car. I would look out for guys parting out their teg or do a national search through parts recyclers.

 

Why do you need a new door? Maybe I'm not seeing all of the damage?

same **** happened to me with my first car. they busted the whole handle ad the bodyshop wanted 1200 to fix it so i said **** it and i shaved the handles. ur paint also has terrible orange peel so i suggest u shave the handles and maybe get a paintjob. it would be alot cheaper than buying a door and puttin it in. i did the math. good luck

 

you'll be cleaning glass out of your car for the next 5 years! I had both of my windows busted....i still find peices of glass here and there.....sorry to hear/see the bad news. Be happy you still have the car though

 

Yes I did have an alarm. They tripped it, because the neighbor that turned on the lights to scare them off said she heard it chirp and the only time mine chirps is when it rearms itself.And they used a sparkplug to shatter the window. And in regards to the shaving the handles, how are people supposed to get in? I found a door for $75 w/ window I'm going to pick up Friday. And my buddy is gonna paint his Gen 2 teg and my teg black for $200. Thanks for the replies everyone

 

Its good they didnt take anything, but doesnt it make you more mad that they didnt? The fact that all that crap was for nothing, and the dumb bastards didnt even get anything..

Just go find someone else with a teg, and steal there car and use the parts you need

Thank you for finally being the one person that understands me! I was pissed that nothing got taken cause WTF was all this for. I would have rathered them get a clean entry and stole my cd player because a cd-player is a lot easier to replace then glass or a door!

 

Man that sucks... I'm glad that my Paradise Blue Green LS got a brick through the window instead of all that damage... Sorry to hear it for ya... I don't know why in the hell they did all that... Have you ever tried to get into a 3rd Gen? It takes me no more than 3-5 minutes with a little practice... With that said, I have only got into them because I have like 6 friends(with integras) who somehow lock there keys in the car, and half the time, they've locked them in the trunk...
