Default New Fully Built Engine Little bit White Smoke on Startup

I notice when I start my engine from Cold, I got a little bit of white smoke that comes out my exhaust, till it warms up a little bit. Engine is fully build and only has 170 miles on it and is tuned. Why?

How cold is it where you live right now...

Have you checked the oil level, and what sort of oil are you using?

Breaking in engine on castrol 10-30w, im on Maui so its like in the 80's. Only on initial startup theres some white smoke, but after that nothing. Does not seem like im burning oil, this is a engine from Spark Racing so you know my story there. But its making 300 whp at 11.5 pounds

do a leakdown check on the motor its the only TRUE way to know. make sure the radiator cap is off when you do the leakdown to look for bubbles in the coolent that would indicate a internal coolent leak like a headgasket or cracked coolent jacket. also when you first start a rebuilt motor there will ususally be a little white smoke due to some coolent getting into the cylinder. but not after 170.
