Remeber our fuel lights come on really early, with almost 3 gallons left. I always drive until my light comes on, but it still only takes 10 gallons to fill. If I do this I usually drive 280-290 miles and avg about 28 mph. If I stretch things I can over 300 even without highway driving.

I remember I was able to drive from Minneapolis to Milwaukee (approx. 320 miles) in my 3000GT on one tank of gas....I guess I won't be able to do that in my EP3...

280 sounds about right considering you're using a/c.

on my 7thgen civic (d17, ULEV), i get average 300-320 miles before gas light goes on.

I don't know what you people are doing to your cars. LOL....

I checked my mileage twice after that other thread, and I got 32.8 mpg one one tank and 32.6 on the other.

With both tanks I left the warning light on for about 50 miles before refilling.

Mixed driving. Occasional Interstate, moderate speed (45-65) state roads, and urban driving in places like Manassas, Dale City, Fredericksburg, Arlington, Alexandria and DC.

I'm not exactly a light footed driver, and I can't imagine what we're doing to a K20A3 to get it down into the 20's mpg.

I can do 280-310 miles in a tank of gas, 11-11.5 gallons per refill.
