if you have some deep pockets and a pretty strong mechincal background, then **** yeah. but judging from the question id say successfully completing a turbo kit is going to be enough of a task for you.

You could spend the money on going vtec, to better enhance your LS. I
have yet to see an LSVTEC-T that last more than a year. I myself was going the lsvtec turbo route, but for the 5hundie for a head, etc I could fund better pistons/ sleeves/ hone work etc..............
Good Luck. Unless you have a huge budget the LS-T will fill your needs.

Thank you, finally someone with helpful info, I Do not have deep pockets... its all a matter of TIME and money I was just wondering I mean if I can just turbo it I would rather put the money I would put into the conversion into building the motor... I just wanted opinions and my mechanical background is not to great i can admit that but thats why I have my friends to help me a long the way. The turbo will be the easy part the vtec conversion is what I'm afraid of.
Instead of spending the money on lsvtec, if I were you I would spend it on your internals. Put together a nice turbo kit, maybe upgrade your internals, and get it tuned
. Then if you want vtec in the future, go for it.
Believe it or not people, you don't need VTEC to have a fast honda.

thats true...
i mean, vtec will make a nice sound and everything, and itll have a lot of power, but if you build up the engine, you can turn boost a lot higher up, and try to get some of that power back, and itll probably be cheaper this way
