Default Tail lights stay on - won't turn off- how do i fix it?

i have a '90 civic - when i turn off car- tail lights stay on- please how can i fix this???

brake lights- i've been disconnecting the battery for last couple of days.....

Mine is a 94 Civic, and the tail lights stay on, but I got no brake light. It's a standard trans.
