Default Weird stalling issue on turbo Integra

I need help, I'm having this strange intermittent stalling issue on my wife's turbo Integra. The car starts up and drives fine, but after say 20 minutes of driving, if we stop at a red light, the car will cut out sometimes. Just like the ignition is cut off. No CEL, no drivability issues, it just stalls. And sometimes after craking it back up, it will idle rough for about 20-30 seconds and stall out again if I don't stay on the gas. The it clears itself out, and everything is normal again.

I suspect it may be the IACV because last year we had terrible stalling issues when we had disconnected the coolant lines to the IACV, it was sticking and causing horrible drivability. But it's not exhibiting the same symptoms as last year, no surging or hunting idle or funky vacuum. Also, it's not throwing a CEL for the IACV like last time. I've checked the IACV, and it doesn't appear to be sticking like it was last year. Before I start replacing parts, I want to be sure that will fix the problem.

The vacuum is fine, it reads -19 like normal, then all of a sudden the car just cuts off. Any help would be appreciated, I wish it would throw a code so I could narrow down the possibilities.
