grinding noise
just did new shocks, lower ball joints, and front axles, but noticed when i was driving a wierd grinding/clunking sound is coming from the left front wheel. it is not continuos, but i can feel it when it happens. with me changin so much it is hard for me to pinpoint the problem. thanks for any help
is it only when you turn the wheel while driving? especially while accelerating?
seems to happen while going straight at speeds above 30 mph
could heating the axle nut with a torch ruin the bearing?
or maybe something axle related? im stumped

haha something similar happened to me after camber kit was installed, axles and upper A arm.......th uper a arm kept hitting getting stuck inside frame !
i have narrowed it down to 2 things: upper arm bushing being shot. Or possibly upper arm hitting frame because the new koni yellows lowered it even more. One thing i did notice more than ever is that when i drive over bumps or gutters the wheels feel loose and you can hear them make a wobbly sound. I thought the new Lower balljoints would have fixed this but, no it didnt. I think new upper arms are needed and wondering if theres an upper arm that has camber correcting balljoint, while i am at it. I know vision does but man thats expensive for upper arm. TIA
