Default Mini-Me don't worry i Searched

okay so as of right now i have a sohc zc... i would like to put a y8 vtec head on it.. my question then is... i would like to stay obd0 and was wondering if i could chip my PM6 to run vtec and whom i might find to do this for me... also will my Intake Manifold and injector system(MPFI) work on a y8 head or will i need to get a y8 intake manifold... and also what about the dizzy.. can i use my obd0 dizzy... o yeah and will i be able to feel the vtec engage.. and will it be worth it?

and a list of what i would need... feel free to add to it

Y8 Head
Y8 Head Gasket
Y8 Timing Belt
Chip my PM6

is that it?

ur both wrong.. you can feel it. But when its compared to the DOHC vtec its lame... Its mainly you get what you pay for... a good combo for a mini me is. A6 block,ZC rods and pistons,Z6 head, Y8 intake manifold, rail, and injectors, A B series throttle body. also im not sure but you might need the p28 (this setup is for high comperssion)

The power increase is barely notable. Having worked on three flavors of mini-me's I know. And No you can definietly NOT hear the VTEC crossover.

Done right, they are a decent budget mod.
Problem is, most people don't, so results are very inconsistent.
Will you feel it? Yes, especially when the vtec isn't working. Its delivery was intended to be smooth/transparent to the user
Will you hear it? Yes, if you're paying attention...its not like a B-series.

And when I say do it right...P28/obd1 conversion. No ghetto *** vtec switches.

okay i have a pm6 ecu with mini me swap and of course still obd0 i also have a garrett t3 set-up, i was wondering i have a vafc hack and if i convert to obd1 and a p28 ecu and get my vafc tuned more acuratley would this be worth it? or should i just get my pm6 chipped for my new fuel curves and vtec engagement? Also in my opinion the mini-me swap is the best swap you can do for learning about honda engines.

The reason you use the P28 is because of the fuel map. Its must better than your pm6. And ounce agin.. Yes you can feel it and hear it. Do you have the ZC still?!?
