Default weird stuff... please look!!!

Ok well i got done putting my motor in and everything seemed fine and it was running good. So i went to take a for a drive and it had no power. The car just would not move. No matter how much gas i gave it it just would increase speed slow but constant. Now i am throwing a couple codes and this is where it gets kinda werid. One of the codes that I am throwing is code 19 which is the shift lock soleniod but that code is for only autos. Also I am throwing the IAT code but I replaced and check all that and it is all good. Also I have no knock sensor but yet am not throwing the knock sensor code. Now I thougth it was just my timing b/c i was told if it was off a tooth this would happen but my timing is good. Coudl this just be a bad ecu??? I dont see what else it could be and since im getting some werid codes it makes sense to me. Any suggestions are appreciated.

hmmm...it almost sounds like you got an auto ECU. try and switch/replace it and see what happens.

im starting to think that it is an auto ecu but when i put my freinds jdm p72 5 speed in there it still had no power. Would i be able to drive it still with an auto ecu or do I have to get a different one right now. And what would be making me loose all this power.
