stalling low rpm's? sometimes?! help!

stalling low rpm's? sometimes?! help!
well here i am stuck,, see what u guys think
my h23a1 runs fine until i throw it in nutral or put the clutch in then the rpm's drop to like 500 and itle go back up if the car is still rolloing fairly fast, if im going under 20mph...the car will stall, and takes a sec to restart..otherwise it runs fine. could thta be anything with plugs and distributer? i dunno if u can help thanks!
