Transmission jerk question
My car done this for months, and I just wanted to see if anyone knew what it was...
Whenever I shift from Park to Reverse or Park to D3 etc, the car waits a second then has a notiable jerk. My transmission was rebuilt a little over a year ago, but the shifts are pretty good. Is there any reason it does this? It's very noticable when i go into Reverse almost seems like a clunk, could this be my motor mounts?

My only suggestion would be to check and maybe change the tranny oil, and also maybe start saving some side money for your next tranny lol
Also, although theres probably a negative side to this I put more oil than whats recommended, It helps mine out a bit.

I change tranny fluid every 3k miles
Kinda overkill but can't hurt soo why not?
I think more is bad for trannys because with more it can cool as efficiently...that's what i've heard.
when you check yours, how do you check it COLD, or after a drive?
