Default Leaking Oil?

(For my dad's friend) he has a 1989 Honda Accord (all stock). Hes leaking oil and white smoke is coming out of his exhaust, any ideas? Im thinking its the head gasket???

rings, valve stem seals, spark plug seals from the valve cover.

89 accord does not have spark plug seals ,,if it were burning oil the smoke would be kind of grayish ,,,,,as for the oil leaks it could be leaking out from many places do u see spots of oil on the ground??? do u smell oil burning ?? open the hood and chk for leaks , lift car up in the air and do the same ,,,,,,as for white smoke are u noticing a loss of coolant?? does car overheat?? it could have a blown head gasket
