Default plugs

I tried searching but found nothing about plugs with 13.0-1 compression ratio.
What pulgs and gap should I use?.

Setup
13.0-1
Skunk2 stg 3 cams
Itbs

run 2 step colder plugs, such as the ngk brk7e's

I go with 8 heat range. NGK R5671A-8 (#4554)

I ran those on my LSVTEC (high CR) and they were way too cold... didn't run all that great, covered with carbon. Back to the BKR7E-11's for me.

I'd really like to try those RM plugs though.
