Default Control Arm Problem

Hey guyz, I'm in a bit of a situation. Recently my brother (younger by 2 years) borrowed my car and lost control on the freeway and jumped one of the islands that separates the exit and freeway. (Just like jumping a curve except he was going like 60+). Now the only damage I was able to see, was that the right front control arm got sent back towards the passenger seat about 3/4 of an inch. Now that really messed up the alignment and the car is basically driving with one wheel ahead of the other. I changed the lower control arm (dont' know if that's what its called, but its the one that connects to the chassis next to the transmission. That was bent, so I replaced it but it only fixed the problem by 1/4 inch. Its still half inch back from what its suppose to be seating at. Does anyone have any suggestions about what else could be bent? Could the frame possibly be bent as well? Help me out if possible... open to all opinions. (And no... i didn't do the damage... =P)

a lot more could be bent. the radius rod, which is the one that goes from the front cross member to the lower control arm, is probably bad as well. that might have also tweaked the crossmember itself. also the knuckle itself could be bent. i would take a hard look at the whole suspension completely.

you do have some bit of adjustment available to tweak your wheelbase by shimming the radius rod bushing inside the crossmember. but i would look into replacing the radius rod first, as well as checking everything else out.

Would the radius rod be stretched? Or the bushings have gone bad like into the crossmember? Keep em coming please!!!

Rear crossmember likes to bend/break, mine did at 25 on a curb.

rear crossmember is what the lower control arm bolts onto. the rear crossmember can be unbolted completely from the chassis and replaced. that certainly could have been tweaked as well. like i said, you need to look at everything.

Well I did check out everything. The rear crossmember wasn't bend / affected at all. I'm guessing right now the only options I have is to change the crossmember and the radius rod. Hopefully that does the trick. Thanks though... keep em coming!
