I hate it, and i want to hit it with a hammer!!!!!!!!
lol or just fix it. I know nothing about body work and **** like that. Is there an easy fix for this? Don't give me a hard time about the white moldings, and the holes in the bumper. Moldings are going back to black, and the holes are getting smoothed out. Just wondering why i have crooked hood syndrome.?

Actually your pass side looks too low...you should see the seam...maybe its just the angle...though I do see the gap by your headlight. I'd lean towards your headlight being off, I know the little plastic "adjusters" on my EX were old and wobbly as ****. Shake yours around and see if ti moves...if not then I wouldnt freak over it.
Yep, I have the same problem with my new CF hood. It rides too low in the passenger side 'n too high in the drivers side.
If you try 'n lift up in the passenger side, while the hood is closed, you'll most likely see the gap disappear in the drivers side..
You'll hafta fit something in the corner to lift the hood. That's what I'm gonna do, 'cause I dont even have those rubber thingies Blah mentions.

I kind of have the same problem with the drivers side as well, and I didn't hit anything and nothing fell on the hood... How can I correct this?

and the other side which is good...

Car ever been in a accident? bent hood? if you notice on your hood, if you stand on the driver side by the front fender you'll probably see the hood is bent at the point where the hood stand meets the hood. due to some one putting pressure on the hood while it was up

That's almost certainly what happened to Tutu. That's the classic look of such a problem.
To the thread creator, can't help with your problem, however I wanted to urge you to leave the moldings white. First time I've ever thought that, but on your car it keeps the overall clean look.

Yeah most likely like the guy above said, is you'r hood brackets are out of whack, bent another words somehow a little bit probally. I mean i could bend em myself they're so old and brittle, they are like clay metal, my guess would be to go to the dealership and see how much new ones are. Btw they might be a shitload for the 2, so expect that, and don't go to the junkyard cause those are old too.
Open your hood, grab both sides, and start flexing it towards the driver side of the car.
the CRX hood looks to just be from sitting on the hood support for extended periods of time. You can bend it back into the proper shape.
The hatchback, however, looks like what you guys said. Closed it with something sitting inside the fender.

from the looks of your gaps, it looks like it is failry easy to fix.
first your hood on the driver side is too far out past the headlight, which to mean means its back by the hing. loosen the to bolts, and push the hood back as far as it will go on the hinges. there is a little bit of play with that, so make sure it is all the way back, and that should help. another thing you may want to look at is the hood latch by the rad support. make sure when its latching, its not flexing the hood and making things worse. I just adjusted my new hood, and i can put it on the first latch, and give it almost NO pressure and it shuts all the way.
next, your hood on the driver side is up, there are rubber stops that sit on the front crossmember to prevent the hood from rattling on the metal. make sure that is not sticking up to far and is causing flexing of the hood and the larger gap. this is the same for the pass side, but its the other way around. you have to twist the stop out so it raises the hood up to meet the fender line.
its a lot of small adjustments that Honda gives you to adjust the hood. usually the hood is the basis for the rest of the gaps for the front end. and if the car has not been in an accident, and your fenders havent been adjusted, you can keep those as references.
i'm just as **** about gaps as you are, when i did my JDM inspired CRX, i spent about 45 min with my brother lining up the front bumper cover to get it all right, but its worth it in the end.
here are pics of my new CRX project with a hideous hood and gaps:

and here she is with another hood (no HUGE dent in it) and some time spent with the hood latch to get it latching right and the gaps pretty decent. i have an aftermarket fender that is messing a little of it up, but its not bad for now:

and my JDM CRX gaps - so pretty

-my only issue is the corner lights, but with JDM headlights and they never really fit very well, those are my only gap issues.
hope that gives you a direction of attack. let me know if you need any more assistance.
EDIT: if those dont totally take care of the problem the hood may need some "persuasion" because now its been distorted some. GENTLY bend the hood in the directions you need to get the contour you want. but go slow and CONSTANTLY check the gaps. you don't want to go too far and have to flex it back.

How can someone put pressure on the hood while its up? I mean this all happened in a wierd kind of way. Once I just noticed it and there it was. I didnt hit anything or anyone, nor vice versa! Can this just happen by itself, I mean some kind of diformity? Seriously...
Its odd man, but I didnt close it with anything there, really! Its exactly where the hood stand goes, but I cant recall doing any damage to it or the other way around?
