ok its time for me to get something to tune my car and see what i get out my motor....


i have a p72 ecu that was running a hondata s200 unit but is no longer with me. i have itb's and have been hearing mixed things about what to use to tune. so what else can i use to tune with? that will work with my current ecu and itb's?

 

uberdata, crome pro, fast, motec, aem ems, haltech....the list goes on. what is your ideal price range for a tuning device?

 

well i dont want to spend more then 250..... thats the most i want to shell out on a tuning device....


anyone kno how much a brand new uberdata cost with everything like a complete kit for the p72?

 

the kits are cheap to buy, some sell it for like 20 bux shipped, but the expensive part is having someone chip the ecu for u, or if ur good with soldering, do it urself. i would go with CROME since they have ITB support

 

I would look around for a prechipped s100 ecu. There is no point in spending alot of money on the motor and trying to find the cheapest way to tune it.
