Default Wierd Noise

I noticed my car making a weird noise a few days ago. It kind of sounds like something is rubbing up against the left rotor or something, but it only really happens when I turn left (even just the slightest bit to the left). Just in the past day or two, it started getting a little worse, and you can kind of hear it even when the car is going to the right.

Any ideas what it could be?

I don't have the means to get in there and look around at the moment. I did the best I could sticking my head in there, but I couldn't see anything that looked obviously out of place. I figure maybe someone could point me in the right direction for when I'm able to do that.

It's not a clicking, it sounds like a rubbing. A little bit like the noise it would make if the rotors were warped.

take the wheel off and see if the metal around the rotor is bent in. When i put my new calipers on i somehow bent it in a bit and it would make a scraping noise when turning left.

if it is, just bend it out a lil bit.

Yeah, check the heatshield. Mine makes a noise when I turn hard, but I don't care.

Ok, so I was finally able to pull the wheels off and investigate some, and there's nothing rubbing against the rotor or anything. And since the noise has become like a louder almost beat that changes speed with the speed of the car.

I'm starting to think it's the CV axle, but that's like a $250 gamble. Any ideas?

Im pretty sure its your left side cv joint, very common amoung eg civics. Do you only hear the noise while applying the throttle during a turn? Try coasting through a turn, if you dont here the noise, but here it when you the apply the throttle, you need cv joints.

as far as the noise goes, check your pads, sometimes they wear uneven, causing the metal on the worn pad to rub on the rotor.
