I am fairly semi-knowledgeable on turbo setups. I have built two custom D16 series setups and one B Series. I am going to be helping my friend with an 05 civic put a turbo on his car. Small T25 or T28 running at a safe 6-8 psi. Couple of Questions.

1. Manifold? Other then OBX or a Custom/kit manifold I havent Seen many more offered. Anyone got a suggesstion?

2. Injectors? Do Eclipse 440's fit on a d17 fuel rail the same way they fit on d16's? I have no experience with a d17 which is why I ask.

3. Tuning? making a VAFC hook up to an EP3? Let me know what you guys are using.

4. Intercooler? What size intercooler you guys running? Dimensions? Does it fit in the bumper or did you have to shave the bumper?

They are out of business last i heard?
Dezod.com has a complete kit T3 as an option. HKS makes a cast T25 footprint manifold. There are a few other manifolds but i think they are all T3. Injectors for most modest boost applications the RSX-S injectors work the best. Most are using E-manage for tuning from what i gather. Check my signature for what my setup includes if you need some ideas.
