Default HMO b18c: oil in cylinders bad?

Got a swap from hmotors and I took the plugs out and they were soaked in oil and the cylinders looked wet with oil looking down thru plug holes. Other than this the motor looks cake. I guess the question that comes up is the oil from being upsidedown, or did it get there before the motor was salvaged? Has anyone else got a motor with oil in the cylinders?

I hope its just from being upsidedown and that it will just burn off...

There is a chance the mottor could have fallen over when it was shipped. Give steve a call and see what he says
