timing fixed - different cranks?
ok my two year battle with my timing is considered finished. i'll try my hardest to condense the story.
'02 bought car w/blown hg etc.
'02 fixed car no clue why anymore but set crank at red mark when setting timing belt - set dizzy timing by sound of engine.
'03 lost screw in dizzy and had to replace. read book about setting timing belt and realized i had it wrong. set it 'right' according to book.
always thought it was the dizzy but there was a lack of power.
today: have replaced every part of the ignition and the dizzy timing is off. dumbstruck i thought of the red mark and reset timing belt to red mark. low end power is back. which brings me to my question.
i noticed when i bought the car it had yellow markings on radiator and cam cover (often found in junk yard motors) no clue about the history prior my ownership. is it possible they used a different crank?

if it matters here is a pic of the head with cam cover off and you can see numbers on the timing belt itself.
can anyone verify if this is the stock head and the right timing belt?
