Default Transmission Grinding When Foot off the clutch??

I have a h22 motor in my integra.
Everything sounds normal when i'm pressing on the clutch.
But once I take my foot off I hear grinding. In gear or neural it grinds.
Even in nuetral when i push my car or spin the axle I hear clicking.
When I try to move in gear the car grinds loud and just jumps as if you were rolling and repeatedly pushing the brakes.

Could this just be my bearings or is my tranny messed up?

Wow didn't read the rest of the post, your spiders (diff) is shot. You might be better off getting a new tranny. After all the bearings, diff, gears and whatnot you have to replace, should be cheaper getting another tranny.
