Default fitting itr pistons into b16 block

i'm buiding a motor for a friend and we found a good deal on some barely used itr pistons and rod combo. i was told from one source that i would have to bore out the block of the B16 to make the itr pistons fit. then another said that all B seires pistons are 81mm except for a B20. i obviously am gonna hone the block thou and do more to it. and also i was told to use the stock b16 rods and just put the itr pistons on them. is any of this correct cause i dont know who to believe.

ITR are the same bore as the B16. Rods will fit fine.

Pistons are the same. All you'll need is a good hone. Cant use itr pistons, there to long. ITR pistons and B16 pistons are almost the same compression it aint even worth the trouble. Pick up some ctr pistons.
