Default nitrous...too late?

is 100,000 miles too late to get a nitrous system...i'm sick of losing to freakin old bmw's and a 97 turbo volvo...sigh

ive heard of people using nitrous at 140k so i guess u shud be fine

you will be fine for a while. but honestly, i wouldnt expect the motor to last past 140k with a 100 shot.

if i had a 100 shot...i'm sure it would get me to like 250 or 260 hp with the mods i have....what would i run...what cars could i beat...ballpark of course...or is that impossible to know?

Get some new piston rings and replace your fuel pump/filter and install a FPR. You should run a 50-75 shot nicely.

i have NO experince with engine work. piston rings are not something i wouldn't venture into. especially since i need this car everyday

u need to tune it for nitro for optimal n reliability. people only blow **** up is because they use it irresponsibility

i think you should first do some simple mods, new plugs, larger injectors, fuel filter replace, fuel pump, fpr, and something to tune it(chipped ecu) ~ this could all be under $400 if done correctly, and then get a 50 shot

check out racingchips.com, i got an ecu from them, works great, they have nos control points too
