ok so whos runnin 11's on stock sleeves with a ls-turbo?
im just wonderin how many of you guys are runnin 11's on stock sleeves? im planning on building an ls-t hatch and am trying to see some different setups. also please specify if this is a dd or just a track car.
my friend has a cx hatch with stock ls motor with a pieced kit. Inline pro mani , 60-1 , 3 inch dp , ect ect ect... He runs 11.8 all day. Only made 262 whp tooo
thats me, bone stock ls motor out of a 1990 4 door with 170k, with 94 cams
and a 60-1

fmfkid250 on here is. bone stock ls motor with a peiced together turbo kit went 11.8 on bfg's

I'll hand it to ya, I've never seen results like you had on the AFC and BTM.
Here is a thread: CLICK HERE , I watched that car do mid 11 sec. passes on the stock longblock for an entire year and then he sold the car to another buddy of ours and it still was in the 12's on DR's. They just recently pulled the motor out. It had an LS tranny on it.

I was using the ls tranny w/ my setup...I still dont know how anyone can use a shorter geared tranny with an ls-t setup...I was at the rev limiter in 4th gear using a 24" tall tire.....And that was at 118-120 mph range....

It actually never blew up either....It was a 160k + mile motor with about 150 passes and I never had any trouble with it at all.... Not the optimun set-up as we all know, but sure as hell worked for a good while..
