Default a quick sway bar question

ive heard that sway bars, if too big can tear things out. is 22mm too big and what sway bar is a good one to get that is 22mm? ive heard oem type r, but it doesn't just bolt right in you have to buy some kit. what about the neuspeed sway bars, or skunk2?

The type R is 22mm and a good cheap rear sway bar that you will notice a difference in. As far as the kit i think you mean the beaks kit, which reinforces were the bolts go so you don't rip off your frame.

search for beaks or bsq. they make the kits you need so you don't tear your subframe.

i use a jdm itr rear sway(23mm) in conjunction with the beaks subframe reinforcement kit. the itr rear sway(22mm) is great but since i upgraded to the 23mm there was some improvement.

if you dont know where to look for it you can try http://www.icbmotorsport.com that is where i bought my kit from.
