Default sway bar question

just installed a blox sway bar today. The ends of the sway bay have no bushings in them like the oems do. Do i need to buy that seperately? do i even need the bushings? second, I connected the bar to the oem end links and there was alot of space for the bar to move around so i put X amount of washers within the endlinks. is this safe?

Default Re: sway bar question (thegreat0ne)

concerning your endlink, if im not mistaken tha blox rear sway is made for a type r right? tha type r has a thicker subframe where you mounted tha sway bar's D brackets so i think thats why you have extra space where you bolt your endlinks in. also i think if you're trying to run tha blox rear sway you should also have a subframe reinforcement kit. someone on here has a blox rear sway with asr subframe brace. im running a 98spec jdm itr rear sway with asr brace and tha endlinks go in perfectly with no extra space like what you're describing. can someone confirm this?
