Limp Mode?

Default Limp Mode?

so i was looking at the forums and i think that i may be stuck in limp mode... my integra wont rev past 6,000 does anyone know how to turn off limp mode? i tried unpluging the o2 censor to reset the system... didn't do anything... any help would be great.

This is not limp mode all the way up to 6K, unplugging the o2 sensor wont do anything except set an o2 code. This may be a rev limiter built into the ECM or you may have a fuel pressure problem.

When mine went into "limp" mode at the track, it wouldn't accelerate much at all, and would actually stall out if not kept in gear (99+ degree air temp, and bouncing of the rev limiter set off the knock sensor repeatedly).

Pulling the fuse to reset the ecu did the trick. Its under the hood, not under the dash, I forget the exact wording on the cover. It also pulls power from the radio, so if you have a stock head unit, make sure you have the radio code before you do it.
