ep3 head change

ep3 head change
if i was able to purchase a rsx type s head and run different cams, springs, retainers, etc. can i have my ecu reflashed/remaped to that compression ratio, and if yes, would it be worth it, i want more power outa my ep3 without a turbo or supercharger. would i have to build my bottom end too?
