Default major dizzy problem

have a d15b vtec motor/tranny combo , just bought it. at first glance i saw the dizzy was cocked sideways a lil bit.. and only one bolt hold'n it on.

when i put another 2 bolts in it still will not budge the dizzy, meaning it wont go it the whole all the way and seat..

know what the problem is cause i don't , took some pics to help illistrate what i'm talk'n about... any info would help tons.. thanks

The fins were upside down on the pic where the dist. is on. Try flipping them 180 and try again.

Flush yes, but those pics looks like its not in because its not flush. Looks like how it does when you flip the fins.
