250+ HP Del Sol
Thanks for all the responses, but I realize that I had a certain lack of detail,
here's the remainder of my thoughts:
I have the B16A2 VTEC engine that carries 160 HP as a stock engine, and I'm interested in putting a Stage II Turbo Kit from Turbonetics/FMAX which would add an additional 75-100 HP Boost at 9 Psi. The Hp count (and this vehicle is daily driven), would amount to between 235-260 HP. With a little bit more detail and work, I could enhance the power, but I'm looking at the obvious effects at this moment. Following that i would add a new exhaust system from the Turbo back with a GReddy Catback and muffler (and the reason I'm not opting for a GReddy Turbo kit is because I can't find one for the Honda Del Sol, the civic, but not Del Sol otherwise I'd look into it). That system should put me at about 250-275 HP.
The other option that I didn't go into clear detail either is the engine swap. I'm interested in putting an Acura Integra Type R B18C5 engine into the Del Sol. This engine comes with 200 HP straight from the Honda assembly lines. With the additional of the FMAX/Turbonetics Turbo Kit for this engine set up, it would provide between 75-100 more HP with a 5 Psi recommeded Boost for the Type-R engine. With that GReddy Exhaust Upgrade, I could be looking at a rough sketch of horsepower between 300-325.
What would you other educated enthusiasts think about these setups? Would you go with the first or the latter set up? Or would anyone recommend any other setup?
Please write back with your expertise, because I have technical knowledge of these subjects, but am a noob when it comes to executing these ideas. Appreciate the interest and Thanks.

go with the C5 but dont turbo it, have fun with the so called "race motor" from honda just how it is. or go all motor. but if your mind is set on turbo.....stick with the B16 setup

Ok, now that I got that out...
1) Keep the B16 in your car
2) Spend your money on a GT28RS turbo
3) Spend more money on 440cc or 510cc injectors, ECU (Hondata or AEM), Tail or Turbosmart wastegate, BOV, oil lines
4) Spend money on good exhaust manifold. Search
4) Spend more money on FMIC that will actually fit under bumper
5) Spend more money at First State Motor Sports (FSMotor.com) to install the whole thing (downpipe too) and tune
6) Drive around very happy.

maybe on crappy *** low compression domestic crap but not on a 10.6 to 1 compression high specific output honda motor. Where do you get your rull of thumb as most kits offer 100 hp or more for 8 psi which is more like 125 at the crank. Stock drag kits produce 270 from 8 psi on 170 hp stock motors that is 100 hp and since the engines orgionaly put out 140 to 150 to the wheels that means it is well more than 100 hp more like 18 hp per psi.

Pretty strange calculator you have there Mate.. </TD></TR></TABLE>
What kind of crack addicted world do you live in where a bolt on 8 psi turbo kit will only give you 40-odd horsepower? Maybe try having some knowledge about Hondas before you speak, IE: not calling it vtech.

HP from 8 psi on one turbo doesnt equal 8 psi on another turbo = ] its all about volume

If so, on my "daily driven" 95' Del Sol stock bottom end B16A3 w/ ITR Valvetrain here's what I got on dyno tune @ 8psi:
