yes, obd2B 00-01 integras have the immobilizer built into the ecu'. 99-00 obd2B Civic Si's do not have that

STAY AWAY FROM MY CAR!

If you do have an immobilizer, you shouldn't want anyone posting how to bypass it...

Well, you could buy an older ECU from iH8RICERZ... What year is the car?

Probably. You CAN get OBD2 w/o immobilizer if you need to smog your 96-99 civic/integra...

its a 99 civic ex with a b18b and i have an 00 LS ecu with the emmobilzer and im just lookin to remove it. my only other option is to buy the conversion harness from OBD2b to OBD1 and than run an OBD1 LS. im just tryin to save a little money by just removing the immobilzer. so if anyone knows how to and lives in Washington i would pay them to remove it for me as long as they know what their doing.

No. Like I said, get a 96-99 OBD2 ECU so you can still SMOG it.

why don't you just get a 99-00 civic si ecu? i've seen ppl run p28's on ls motors. you could try that ecu. there is a way to disable the immobilizer. i forgot how to exactly...

a shop where i was doing my alarm was gonna disable it so i didn't have to buy this extra part for the remote start. you wanna try calling them? they're local. kansaimotorsports.com

if nothing works i have a obd2b>obd1 jumper harness throw me an offer
