engine warming problem !!!

Default engine warming problem !!!

hello everyone.
i got a problem in my civic ESI d16z6 year 93.
when the air condishiner is in hig working and cooling the engine is warming up
and cross the middle line...
when im driving without the air consishiner the warm engine is good
what cause the problem except water...????

Your A/C puts alot of load on the engine which generates heat. You could replace the thermostat and make sure to use a 50/50 mix of water and coolant. If it does not freeze were you live you could use 40/60 or a 30/70 mix. Water transfers heat faster than coolant. Just make sure you buy a Honda thermostat. The aftermarket ones suck.

If you run a/c and your aux. fan is not working your eng temp will run hotter then normal.

Also ensure that the fan comes on, that the shrouds are all in place and that there is no blockage in front of the radiator.
