Default tranny noise

hey guys...tranny is making a grinding/rubbing noise when i dont step on the clutch. itll stop when i press in the clutch. anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it? thanks

What gears, mine does it when I let off the clutch in 2nd and occasionally 3rd/4th. In 5th and 1st it's nonexistant.

yep, all integras have that problem, usually a sign of your synchronizers wearing.

Input Shaft Bearing.... it's a common occurence in honda transmissions... the price on the bearing i got from Acura was $80... for a tiny *** bearing... can't find it at work(O'Reillys), Advance Auto, NAPA, or Autozone... I am going to have to get mine from the dealer..

Nah it's not the synchros I've got the 3rd gear synchro problem as well, this is something different usually when I left off the gas/clutch to slow down a bit in a situation the brakes aren't needed.

clutch bearings went bad commun just replace them
