Approx 11.6:1 w/ USDM b16a pistons(PR3)

Approx 11.8:1 w/ JDM b16a pisotns (P30)

I used the calculator under the how-to section on:

People say that a 1 point increase in compression raises hp by 10hp. But that is what people say and you really have to check it out for yourself.

Yea I figured. But I might be willing to test it out with my completely stock b18a with .1 miles on it. I have a set of p30 pistons lying around in my garage so I could dyno it before and after if I'm not lazy and see what happens.

My cousin is running P30's in his ls block with a b16 head and a ctr intake cam he put down 175whp 125tq. Compression is around 11.8

It's pretty quick!

I got:

I think cspeed is closer to correct compression.

Difference of ~.2 isn't bad, I just use zeal cause I know c-speed is way off when it comes to R pistons.

I'm running PR3 pistons in my LS/VTEC. The C-Speed site told me that it is about 11.3:1 with a stock 3 layer head gasket.

The motor is strong, feels great. It will feel even better when I get rid of my P30 cams and put in some better ones

What cams are you gonna drop in there?
