Default humm... what does the brown plug behind the control console do?

hey guys

i just finished installing my car audio... but i also noticed a brown that isnt connected to anything...

however, today when my windows started fogging up, my fans stopped working. so maybe that plug is to the fan controls?

Where exactly is this brown plug located? There are multiple brown plugs.
