Hi does anybody know what can be the problem for a 2000 Si,,,i start the car but when i take off it wont let me past over 3.5rpm n if i do ill just die on me...does does anybody know.....thanx

 

I have exactly problem with my EF 91 Hatch i cant go over 3500

yeah every time i start it up, I tried get em line up i still got rough idle and still cant go over 3500 rpm

 

what cels?

 

car is in safe mode.......pull codes with scanner.....fix problem......

 

have you tried using different ecu?? any CEL?

 

no its same ECU's i swap a D15 Vtec OBD1 but i swapped the Mainfold from MPFI to DPFI and i runs the harness OBD0 and it idle rough, i never had that problem "TPS FITV IVAC" before in my old motor that blew up I dont have any idea and i dont know where to find the codes lights by the ecus
