no way, dohc head is wider than the sohc block

 

Use a d16y8 or d16z6 head and get the tranny and Intake mani too. Search for alot of writeups. Good luck.

I suggest that you start using the search feature before you post. It will make your life alot easier here on Honda-Tech

 

You can make it work. Just be sure to use lots and lots of copper spray.

Haha, yeah. When you're done, try the water injection for huge horsepower gains. Just run your windshield washer fluid lines straight into your intake. Jump in the car, take her to 5k RPM, and pull that left-side handle back and smoke vettes!

 

thanks thats what i thought. Is the y8 head the best head that will give me the highest compression?
