Spoon VTEC controllers-thoughts, pros/cons
im looking into getting a Spoon VTEC controller pulled from an EF8 and was wondering if it really worked and if it was worth my timne and money...
you dont happen to have obd1 do you i have this one i cant get rid of it -i bought it b/c they said it was obdo it wasnt, you can use this one you just have to cut and splice like a v-afc

it doesnt just change vtec point it has like 12 wires going to it, i believe it adjusts the maps to compensate for higher or lower vtec point as well, its not like a rpm switch it has many inputs
yah get a vafc and a chipped ecu.
the only thing that spoon one is good for is so u can turn the vtec all the way up for freeway purposes.
