Default B16 head on GSR block?

I've searched for the answer but cannot find the it. I have a 95 LS and I'm going to put a new motor in it. I'm about to buy a GSR block with an ITR crank and eagle rods, and I'm going all-motor. I'm going to put ITR pistons in it also. I need help deciding which head to use, b16 or GSR. Can I use the b16 head off a 00si? I'm not sure if the sensors will work since its obd2 and my car and the block is obd1. Or would I be better off using a GSR obd1 head? Thanks for the help

the only things that you ahve to worry about with obd1 and obd2 are the wiring harness, the dizzy, the fuel injectors, and things like that, the years of the blocks and heads do not matter, as long as they are in working order.
